About the Publication

Republikein is Namibia's only Afrikaans daily newspaper and is a respected and influential member of the community. Distributed nationally, it offers both print and digital platforms.

In December 2017, as part of the 40th anniversary celebration, NMH launched live broadcasts on Facebook from its own in-house studio. Namibia Media Events (NME) produces video for clients and covers many events live using Facebook as medium.

Net by Republikein: After Republikein's first live broadcast on 1 December 2017, the news and actuality show "Kletskompas" started airing daily during the week on 3 May 2019.
